Attorney Chielo is the founder of ChieloLaw, PLLC, based in Florida. He represents clients in all 50 states and throughout the world.
Attorney Chielo worked as a U.S. Immigration Officer for over 12 years. During his tenure, he adjudicated a large volume of complex cases. He reviewed and made determinations on cases including, but not limited to, adjustment of status, naturalization, and U.S. citizenship. Attorney Chielo conducted de novo hearings for individuals appealing the denial of their naturalization or other petitions. The above extensive experience provides Attorney Chielo the knowledge and experience to resolve clients’ issues in immigration law.
As a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, Attorney Chielo proudly served as a Judge Advocate General officer (JAG). As a JAG, he conducted briefings to deploying soldiers.
Powers of Attorney. Additionally, he counseled troops on a variety of legal issues. For example, Attorney Chielo provided legal opinions to commanders, junior officers, and subordinates in the areas of administrative law, military justice, and legal assistance.
He conducted briefings, counseled, and provided legal assistance to Soldiers, their dependents, and veterans in areas such as family law, consumer law, employment law, and landlord/tenant law.
Attorney Chielo supported mobilization readiness through processing and drafting Wills & Trust, powers of attorney, and medical directives.
