We know that many of our clients are in despair over their family lives and have probably never been in a lawyer’s office before. At Chinn & Associates, our approach is designed to make clients feel as comfortable as possible during these difficult circumstances. We strive to make them feel as though they have protection and a safe haven in our office.

The initial client interview is conducted by Mark Chinn, our founder and lead attorney. The purpose of the initial interview is to make the client feel comfortable, to determine the problem, obtain necessary information, and establish a mission or goals for their representation.

Mark Chinn conducts a case analysis to determine the facts, the law, the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and the plan of action. It is at this stage that initial decisions are made regarding the investigation and legal research necessary to accomplish the mission.

As a Jackson divorce attorney with 40 years of experience, Mark Chinn knows that any successful venture must have a mission and all actions of the firm must be taken with the end result in mind.
