NOTE: I MADE A BIG MISTAKE ON PREVIOUS VINCENT LAU EVALUATION. I thought 1 was the highest and 5 the lowest. PLEASE IGNORE PREVIOUS EVAL. He is excellent and probably deserves all 5s. I have not worked directly with him enough to give 5s all around.
