Based in Nashville, Tennessee, our firm is devoted to providing exceptional service to individuals covered under ERISA long-term disability policies, as well as professionals with private long-term disability policies. We represent those who have been denied benefits or have had their benefits cut off, and we offer monthly monitoring services for clients currently receiving benefits to relieve them of the burdensome task of dealing with insurance companies.
