After becoming a partner in Heinrich Gordon, in February of 1994, he left the firm to form Curran & Curran in order to be more available and personally responsive to his clients' needs. Though they had never practiced together before, he partnered with his father, Marshall Curran, Jr., -- another top-rated trial attorney practicing in South Florida since 1955. After practicing as Curran & Curran for several years, Glenn Curran joined together with another second generation Florida attorney, Christopher Niles, to form Curran & Niles. Mr. Niles retired and the firm eventually became the Curran Law Group.
