Mr. Czech founded the firm in 1994. Since then, we have provided high quality representation to well over 200 companies, both large and small, including many businesses that are among the leaders in their fields. Our regular clients also include a range of non-profits, churches, and other religious institutions. For individuals, we represent the victims of serious or catastrophic injuries, and guide people through the complex process of developing a comprehensive estate plan, assisting not only in drafting the necessary documentation such as wills and trusts, but also in probate court and other legal proceedings.
