David practices in fields of Bankruptcy and Family Law. I reviewed a file in which he allowed a Housewife Client to enter into a stipulated Judgment wherein she waived any rights to spousal support (35 year marriage in exchange for a provision wherein the Husband was ordered to make house payments on the house she resided in and which was awarded to her. David failed to advise her that the payment order was dischargeable in Bankruptcy while the order for spousal support is not dischargeable. Read less
