Davis, Pickren, Seydel & Sneed, LLP had its beginnings in the opening of a law office by Tom Davis in 1976 in Atlanta's Peachtree Center Complex. Tom Davis was later joined by Terry Pickren. Tom Davis had been a Senior Assistant Attorney General and Division Head at the State Attorney General's office handling litigation. Terry Pickren had been in private practice specializing in real estate, lending and business law. Rutherford Seydel joined the firm in 1989 and concentrates on business and transactional matters. Patrick Sneed joined the firm in 2000 with a primary focus on litigation, dispute resolution and trial advocacy.
