The firm was founded by Anthony DeMaria, who left his senior partnership at the large Fresno firm of McCormick Barstow after twenty four years, where he had been the Chair of the Specialty Litigation (insurance, school and public entity defense) Department, specifically to form a firm that specializes in insurance defense, school defense and public entity defense. All of the firm’s employees are dedicated to the representation of the firm’s clients in its specialty areas, where the firm has vast litigation experience. The firm’s founding partner, Anthony DeMaria, is a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA) and an accomplished trial lawyer.
