Demeo founded the Firm in 1997 after practicing with the Boston law firm of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., in the firm's litigation section. Mr. Demeo left Mintz Levin to build this Firm, which opened on Mt. Vernon Street in the Beacon Hill section of Boston. The Firm has continued to grow to meet client needs. In 2007, the Firm added a bankruptcy department, which currently employs a senior attorney and a Chapter 7 Trustee.
