The New York City law firm of Dickler & Roth was founded in 2008 as the result of a longtime professional friendship between Richard Dickler and Kurt Roth, real estate attorneys with complementary skills, each with over 25 years of experience.

Our goal is to provide quality, competent counsel at reasonable prices. Our real estate attorneys have spent their careers serving residential purchasers and sellers, lending institutions, co-op/condo boards and individual owners in New York City.

Prior to forming Dickler & Roth, Richard Dickler was a partner at Gentile & Dickler, representing lending institutions. Kurt Roth was a solo practitioner representing residential sellers, purchasers and condo/co-op boards in Manhattan and brownstone Brooklyn.
