Donley Law P.C. is a civil litigation firm that specializes in serious personal injury claims, and business, real estate, insurance and probate disputes. Our goal is to shoulder the burden and relieve the stress that these disputes impose and then work for a speedy and just resolution. While we believe that most disputes can and should be resolved through settlement, we have vast experience in the court room and can and will go to trial when warranted.

The lawyers at Donley Law P.C. spent many years defending insurance companies and their insured from personal injury claims. During those years, they not only gained substantial trial experience and an expertise in the relevant laws and medicine, they learned how insurance companies work and developed effective strategies for obtaining just compensation. Over the last 10 years they have focused their efforts on representing people seriously injured by the negligent and intentional acts of others.

Commercial & Business disputes are often unique and involve facts developed over many years. Donley Law prides itself in being able to sift through those facts, discerning which facts are important to the dispute, applying the applicable law and then advocating for a just result. While it has found that most cases settle when everyone understands the facts and law, its lawyers can and will effectively take the case through trial and appeal when settlement is not a viable option.

Disputes over real property are often very personal to the property owners. Donley Law's attorneys understand and appreciate how important those property rights are. Yet its attorneys also appreciate the practical considerations of litigation. It prides itself in being able to dig down to the key issues in the case, help its clients understand the issues, risks and benefits and then move the dispute to resolution, whether that be settlement or trial.
