At the Law Firm of Doran & Doran, PC, we concentrate our practice in matters related to bankruptcy law. We have years of experience in filing bankruptcy cases for clients under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. John H. Doran has a Martindale Hubbell rating of AV Preeminent.

Our office is located in downtown Wilkes-Barre close to the Bankruptcy Court. We do not charge consumer clients for an initial office conference to discuss your case. You will speak directly to an attorney and your calls will be returned promptly.

We handle cases for individuals struggling with credit card debt, people trying to save their homes from foreclosure, and businesses looking to reorganize. We also provide representation to creditors in bankruptcy cases. Where bankruptcy is not an option, we can often assist in negotiations with creditors.
