About this firm

At Dunn, Craig & Francuzenko our goal is to help people, families, and businesses solve problems and pursue opportunities. Our growing firm currently has seven lawyers, licensed in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland, as well as six administrative staff.

Our attorneys have several decades worth of combined experience and are recognized across the region as leaders in the law. They are leaders in the Bar, provide lectures and articles to benefit other attorneys and the general public, and participate in community service and volunteer work. We play in the same sandbox as the largest international law firms, but as a small firm, our fees are a fraction of the overhead-laden “Big Law” firms that are currently struggling in the marketplace.

Our attorneys are skilled, dedicated advocates who practice in the areas of:

• Employment Law

• #MeToo

• Family Law

• Business Law

• Personal Injury

• Corporate Counsel

• Estate Planning and Administration

• Non-Profit/Tax Exempt Entities

• Federal False Claims Act/Qui Tam Actions

• Landlord/Tenant

• Constitutional Law

• Civil Litigation

Since COVID-19, our small size allows for the flexibility to meet by phone, video, and in-person. You can even reach us now via text! Let us know your preference. Our office has made client and employee safety a priority. We practice social distancing, telework, enhanced sanitizing, and a limited but effective in-office presence for the safety of all.

Let us introduce you to our attorneys:

We are here to help!

As a small business, we offer the traditional personal touch not available in Big Law. Our firm dedicates itself to addressing the needs of our clients in a cost conscious and cost-effective manner. Each case is a person or company, not a number on a spreadsheet. We doggedly solve problems, whether through advice and counsel, negotiation, or litigation. Clients in need of representation find our attorneys to be tough, knowledgeable, creative, and fair, but most importantly devoted to protecting their individual rights and interests.

We hope you will contact us today.
