Durant Schoeppel & Decunto P.A. represents national and local clients in business and individual disputes. Our philosophy is to understand your goals for resolving your legal matters, then to facilitate efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Our practice is concentrated in civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels and alternative dispute resolution before state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies. We protect our clients' interests in a broad range of commercial, construction, employment, insurance coverage and other litigation matters.

Our attorneys have over fifty years of combined litigation experience. Our legal team develops solutions for complex and multi-party disputes as well as routine matters. Our size allows us to deliver our services with regular personal client contact and managed cost. We also assist clients in preventing conflict before it occurs.

Beyond our own legal community, we maintain productive relationships with lawyers in other states. This allows us to better assist our clients in matters outside of Florida. In addition, we often act as local counsel in Florida with attorneys from other areas. These law firms and their clients find our legal experience and active involvement with the local legal community invaluable in their litigation efforts.

The firm has developed an experienced team of able legal assistants and other critical staff members to better serve its clients. We also have technology systems in place that facilitate discovery, research, client communications and document retrieval. We welcome electronic communications with our clients.
