About this firm

The Eggleston Law Firm, PC, was founded by the husband-and-wife team of Bryan and Janice Eggleston. The pair met at the Texas A&M School of Law, formerly Texas Wesleyan School of Law, in Fort Worth, Texas. Both were involved in the school’s Innocence Project, which examined actual innocence claims and post-conviction litigation actions. Together, they are parents to a son.

Bryan and Janice have focused their law firm on family law issues as they are aware of how complex — and often conflict-laden — divorce can be. Both attorneys have years of experience representing clients in negotiated and litigated divorce. They are capable of handling high-stakes custody and property division issues and understand the importance of crafting divorce agreements that benefit each spouse, and most importantly, their children.

Both lawyers at our firm are members of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Williamson County Bar Association and the Family Section of the Travis County Bar.

Our Goal — Helping Real People Solve Their Real Legal Problems

It is possible to approach a divorce without a lawyer’s help, but there are numerous places where couples can disagree, and the emotional conflict that follows can make hammering out a settlement difficult. Our attorneys handle difficult family law matters every day, including:

• Property division conflicts

• Spousal and child support calculations

• Child custody questions

• Post-decree enforcements and modifications

You Are At The Center Of Our Practice

At our firm, our goal is 100 percent client satisfaction. We keep each client informed of their options at each stage of their divorce. We can schedule appointments during evenings and weekends for your convenience, as well as arrange meetings at locations close to your work or home. When we first meet, we will review your case and discuss your goals and values and get started designing a solution that will support you and your children’s future.
