With nearly 20 years criminal defense experience, Mr. Alan Eisner is a Certified Specialist in Criminal Defense as recognized by the State Bar of California. He has litigated over 100 felony trials as well as numerous complex cases in the Federal Court. Based on his experience and professionalism, federal judges have named Mr. Eisner to the Federal Bar Panel and frequently appoint him to represent defendants in federal court.

Mr. Dmitry Gorin left the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office after 12 years of extensive trial experience. He has litigated everything from Death Penalty murder cases to complex fraud cases, being nominated Prosecutor of the Month several times. Many of his cases have been profiled in the media including ABC, NBC, Court-TV and others. Mr. Gorin is also a Professor at Pepperdine and UCLA, teaching courses to undergraduates and law students on jury trial advocacy, public speaking, and comparative trial systems. Our firm also has a licensed investigator on the premises who assists in aggressively defending clients accused of crimes.

At Eisner Gorin LLP, you will only meet and be represented by one of the firm's partners. We do not have an officer manager or new attorneys assisting you in court. Because we have worked as senior prosecutors for many years in the San Fernando Valley, we are able to aggressively defend our clients BEFORE the Court date, through immediate contact with law enforcement and the prosecutor's office BEFORE charges are filed. Our main office is located across the street from the Van Nuys Courthouse.
