The Law Offices of Elliott E. Burdette have been providing the Dallas area with expert probate law and estate planning consultation and litigation services since 1984. We are primarily a probate, probate and trust litigation, and estate planning firm located in North Dallas. We also frequently represent individuals who have family members living in Texas and need help with the probate process.
