We assist clients with appraisals, examinations under oath, coverage opinions, defense of insureds, and pre-litigation strategic planning in order to fully evaluate potential early paths to resolution. We also work with our clients to seek resolutions through alternative dispute resolution procedures, whether through mediation, arbitration, or otherwise. In the event that litigation does become necessary, either through the filing of a declaratory judgment action or in defense of a lawsuit, our lawyers have decades of experience representing our insurance industry clients in venues in multiple states - whether in state or federal court, and whether at the trial level or an appellate court. Due to our extensive experience across multiple lines of insurance, we are uniquely positioned to offer creative solutions on the wide range of issues that arise in a claim or in litigation and apply a high level of analytical depth to those issues in an efficient manner to benefit our clients.
