Our practice involves varied representation, including in the areas of corporate and small business representation, litigation, insurance coverage disputes, community association representation, and employment disputes, including sexual harassment and discrimination, as well as contract matters. We are also independent insurance counsel for numerous insurance companies. Esler & Lindie is approved counsel for the Department of Risk Management of the State of Florida.

Beth Lindie assists small businesses in dispute resolution, as well as in establishing business procedures to minimize exposure to potential litigation. She also provides full service representation to business entities, including condominium and homeowners associations, dealing with Association Governing Document issues, employment matters, contracts, insurance issues, collections and litigation. Jeremy Zubkoff practices primarily in the areas of community association litigation and arbitration, as well as commercial litigation.
