Attorney Espinoza’s experience encompasses civil litigation in employment law cases, federal immigration litigation before the Department of Justice, U.S. District Courts as well as Circuit Courts of Appeals, and litigation before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Espinoza is a former deputy city attorney for the cities of Corona and Fontana, California. He draws on his depth of experience to his clients’ advantage.

Complemented as an “expert, forceful”[1] advocate before the Department of Justice, EOIR, Attorney Espinoza has a winning record in complicated immigration matters.
