The firm's legal staff consists of nine attorneys, Florida registered litigation paralegals and legal nurse consultants. The firm defends professional liability claims involving all professions, in addition to defending governmental & sovereign liability claims and regulatory matters involving healthcare professionals.

Each of the firm’s members has been practicing general civil defense work for the entirety of their legal careers. Michael Estes, J. Charles Ingram, Craig Foels, Eric Gibbs, Julie Brodis, Clayton Williams, Christian Trowbridge, and Dinelia Concepcion are all AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell. The members of the Firm may tend to specialize in one or more categories of litigation but all have broad experience in litigation defense.
