Founder Matt Ferguson has 28 years experience as a trial and business lawyer, starting with 13 years in major New York City Law Firms. He is a member of the Colorado and New York bars and has practiced in both and other states. He then moved to Colorado and became a shareholder/senior partner in an Aspen law firm for 16 years, helping that firm grow from 5 lawyers to over 20 -- building a successful practice and a highly regarded reputation. Matt Ferguson has Preeminent AV® Lawyer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has 5.0 -- preeminent -- ratings from his clients on several websites. The firm has extensive experience in major commercial and complex litigation, and treats all matters -- large or small -- with the equal intensity.
