About this firm

Fowler, Schimberg, Flanagan & McLetchie P.C. is a Golden, Colorado based civil litigation firm dedicated to aggressively representing its clients and obtaining cost effective results. The firm is committed to assisting its clients in resolving disputes consistent with the client’s goals and objectives. In other words, the firm puts the client first. There are many ways to resolve cases including: trial; arbitration; pre-trial motions; a settlement negotiated between the parties; or a settlement negotiated through a mediation. The members of the firm are experienced trial lawyers who became lawyers to try cases. Trials are not always consistent with the client’s goals, however.

The key to resolving any case is aggressive, creative, and result-oriented legal services based on the client’s goals and objectives. The firm works with its clients from the inception of a case to determine the best strategy to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. The firm handles trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals in Colorado state and federal courts with a particular emphasis on professional liability, construction, insurance, tort, commercial, employment, civil rights, governmental entity defense, defense of faith-based organizations, condemnation, education, and personal injury matters.
