Since 2014, Frank Ray transitioned from his highly regarded civil trial practice to service as a private mediator for complex civil disputes.

Providing meaningful insight and guidance to adversaries and their counsel in his mediations, Mr. Ray draws on his experience as lead counsel in state and federal courts in more than 125 civil trials and more than 80 state and federal civil appeals. As a mediator, he has achieved a strong percentage of settlements.

In addition to his mediation practice, Frank Ray continues to serve as Legal Counsel for the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Professional Baseball Organization; the operating entity for the home ballpark for the Clippers, Huntington Park; and Buckeye Boosters, Inc., the officially recognized boosters organization for the Department of Athletics of The Ohio State University.
