Mr. Salvato has won not guilty verdicts in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the City of Alexandria, Fairfax County, Arlington County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and other jurisdictions including Maryland.

Mr. Salvato has substantial trial experience and has achieved acquittals in several high profile criminal cases. In 2005, Mr. Salvato secured a not guilty verdict in a federal death penalty case in the U.S. District Court in Alexandria -- one of only about 13 such acquittals in the history of the nationwide Federal Death Penalty Act. Not guilty verdicts have been secured by him before every federal judge currently sitting in the U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

Mr. Salvato is available to defend a wide variety of clients and criminal cases. Past clients have included current and former professional athletes, police officers charged with criminal offenses, and individuals facing the death penalty in federal and state courts.
