Frank Jacobini is an Of Counsel at Cotten Schmidt, L.L.P and licensed in Texas since 1980 to practice before all Texas state courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern District, U.S. Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a certified mediator for all civil disputes, including family law disputes.

Frank has tried hundreds of cases, both before the bench and to juries. He has participated in numerous arbitrations and mediations as an advocate, mediator and arbitrator.

Frank is a thirty (30) year Fellow of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He has been a long-term member of the Family Law, Litigation, Consumer Law, Construction Law, and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Texas State Bar.

He has been a Member of the Tarrant County Family Law Bar, Tarrant County Probate Bar, and Committee Member of the TCBA Real Estate Law, Construction Law, and Business Law Sections. He serves as an arbitrator for TCBA’s Fee Dispute Committee and has been a speaker and served as a panel member for several CLE events.
