We were opposing counsel on a case a few years ago. Mr. Fraser could not make decisions without having to check back with his senior partner. He also did not communicate well, nor was he prepared. At trial, he was replaced by his senior partner. Overall, he showed lack of client control and analytic and decision making abilities. I also felt I could not rely on handshake agreements as he did not appear to have final authority to make agreements. Read less
