About this firm

Weinstock, Friedman & Friedman, P.A. is a general practice law firm founded in the 1920's by Louis J. Sagner. The firm presently has 33 attorneys licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania. The firm's traditional practice focus has been, and continues to be, in the areas of creditor's rights, foreclosures, bank workouts and litigation. More recently, the firm has experienced explosive growth representing LegalShield members in Maryland and Washington, D.C., causing the client base to expand broadly. In servicing a current family membership base close to 40,000, the firm's practice has now become more broad based and general. Although servicing a large client base, we still take pride in emphasizing timely and personalized representation. The firm is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
