About this firm

In 1946, William M. Fulcher and his brother, Edwin D. Fulcher, founded a partnership committed to the highest quality of legal representation for their diverse clients. Since then, the Fulcher Hagler LLP firm has expanded to represent businesses and individuals, offering a wide range of legal services with emphasis in the areas of litigation and taxation. The firm serves the interests of national and international clients in state and federal courts in east central and south Georgia and Western South Carolina. Members of the firm have served with distinction on State Bar disciplinary tribunals, bar examination boards, in courts of general jurisdiction and worthwhile local civic and religious activities. Our attorneys and numerous support staff remain committed to the goals established by the firm over 60 years ago.
