Gabrielson Law Offices has for decades devoted its practice to helping injured people. We have enjoyed accolades and a number of "firsts" along the way, but we are always guided by our primary mission to provide compassionate assistance to people who have been injured due to the wrongful conduct of third parties.

To our knowledge, few if any attorneys in the St. Cloud/Brainerd area have tried as many cases for injury victims as we have in the past 20+ years. We have a substantial referral base including former clients and persons in the medical and legal communities. We do our best to honor those referrals by providing excellent service to our clients.

We have handled a wide range of cases, including accidents caused by the use of motor vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, snowmobiles and ATV's. We have successfully pursued multiple strict product liability claims, and have obtained significant settlements in a number of claims that, if tried before a jury, may have clarified or extended the law with respect to passenger liability, innkeeper liability, and collateral source calculation. We have taken risks, but strive to assess those risks in light of precedent.

Professional Accreditation

Stephen Gabrielson was awarded certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1992 and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1997, and has earned recertification by both organizations ever since.

Mr. Gabrielson has been recognized as a top personal injury attorney by several organizations, including The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Inc.
