Since 1947, Galfand Berger LLP has represented injured workers, consumers and individuals whose rights have been violated. Our goal has remained consistent through the years: to secure full and just compensation for people who have suffered injustices and injuries. We are dedicated to the tradition of providing quality legal representation.

While Galfand Berger LLP is located in Philadelphia, we represent thousands of people throughout the State of Pennsylvania. We work to protect the rights of people who have been injured as the result of automobile accidents, defective products, unsafe equipment and machinery, workplace injuries, construction accidents, workers' compensation claims, medical malpractice and any other serious injuries and accidents. Our commitment to helping individuals extends to employment discrimination, whether it is based on age, race, sex or religious beliefs. We provide estate planning services as well as estate administration for individuals.

Our firm also represents labor unions and provides training programs to labor organizations in workers' compensation, grievance handling and arbitration. Lastly, we provide legal services for small business corporations.
