Firm founder Dan Gerash is the son of a well-known Denver defense attorney Walter Gerash. With a staff of skilled legal professionals, we offer effective trial services for clients throughout Colorado in civil and criminal court.

Our Colorado personal injury attorneys provide highly skilled representation for victims of serious injury and medical malpractice. We work closely with one of our partners, Eric Steiner, who is also a medical doctor. Dr. Eric Steiner brings 18 years of medical practice to his legal work on behalf of seriously injured accident and malpractice victims.

All of the attorneys at our firm have worked as public defenders in Colorado. We also work with veteran criminal defense attorney Walter L. Gerash who assists our office as an Of Counsel attorney. We offer defendants an effective criminal defense team in state and federal court. Our Denver law office provides effective appellate representation in civil and criminal court as well.
