Successful Litigation Outcomes

Our long track record of client wins includes:

- A $750 million global recovery for the government relating to distribution of adulterated drugs by GSK, with the then-largest individual whistleblower award.

- A novel settlement on behalf of approximately 40 health insurers with GSK relating to $2.7 billion the insurers paid for GSK’s alleged distribution of adulterated drugs.

- A $257 million global recovery for the government in a case against Bayer in the first major national Medicaid fraud settlement under the False Claims Act, including a 24% award for our client.

- A $187 million global recovery for the government in a case against Labcorp under federal and state False Claims Acts for fraudulent unnecessary billing scheme.

- A $70 million tax whistleblower recovery for the New York State government, with a 22% award for our whistleblower client.

- New York State False Claims Act cases against a fuel heating company and a major electrical utility, where our whistleblower clients each received a 23.5% award – the highest percentage award for any non-Medicaid New York State False Claims Act case.
