Mr. Deavours first began practicing law in 1893 in Jasper County, Mississippi. Then in 1902 Stone Deavours moved to Laurel and began practicing law in Laurel, Jones County, Mississippi. Today, Gilchrist Sumrall Yoder Yoder & Leggett, PLLC is a full service law firm located in the heart of historic downtown Laurel.

Most of our attorneys were born and raised here in Laurel and Jones County, Mississippi.
