Gjesdahl Law, P.C. is a seven-lawyer firm whose practice is exclusively devoted to family law. We represent husbands, wives, moms, dads, grandparents and, by court appointment, children, in all family law courts in North Dakota and Minnesota. We handle virtually every type of family law case, have tried many cases, and have an excellent record of success. We will not try a case without thoroughly exploring prospects for a fair outcome through negotiation. We increase our client's chances for a positive outcome through in-depth factual investigation and a careful understanding of applicable law. We strive to keep our clients well-informed, so they understand both how the legal system operates in their particular case and how they can better help obtain the desired outcome.
