About this firm

A Firm of approximately 10 attorneys, Gosselin & Associates, P.C. is a full-service law firm providing comprehensive legal services in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Tax & Trust Administration, Real Estate, International Business, Import/Export and general Tax Law.

Our firm focuses on providing expert, attentive and compassionate legal counsel; guiding you through every step in the legal process while protecting your interests and asserting your rights.

We have been helping clients resolve their legal matters for over a decade and place great value on the trust and long-term relationships we've earned over the years. While many clients initially seek our services during a time of crisis or immediate need, we take pride in the fact that our clients continue to rely on our legal services as life's events demand.

Gosselin & Associates, P.C. also operates an International Law group that provides legal services to small to midsize businesses as well as individuals seeking to do business in either France or the U.S. We have an affiliate office in Paris and work closely with the French Consular Service in the U.S. to ensure that we can successfully assist clients with all of their legal matters in both countries.

We offer free initial phone or e-mail consultations with a lawyer during which we will provide a detailed assessment of your personal legal situation. If you decide to engage our services, we will quote all fees prior to commencing any work so you'll always know what to expect.

We have offices throughout Greater Boston and offer the added convenience of satellite appointments in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and real estate closing services anywhere in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine. All offices are handicapped accessible and evening appointments can be made available by special arrangement. State-wide in-home appointments are also available in Massachusetts and New Hampshire (a service fee may apply).
