About this firm

Our firm was formed in 1983 to provide a small firm alternative for real estate and litigation clients who expect the highest quality legal work performed in a responsive and cost effective way. Our lawyers have extensive experience in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on design professional defense, construction disputes, real estate and title insurance litigation, defense of certified public accountants, and all types of commercial, probate, fiduciary, and general civil litigation. We also offer sophisticated transaction representation in the commercial real estate area for both developers and lenders. Our aim is to learn our client's objectives and accomplish them. To that end, we are committed to personal attention, professional advice, and prompt action on behalf of our clients.
