I took a bankruptcy case and successfully completed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy when he told the same clients that they didn't qualify for a Chapter 13 or that it wasn't advisable. It was complex case, but I got the sense he could have communicated more clearly to the clients. For his bar number he shows a lack of experience in the bankruptcy field and lack of analytical ability here. Read less
