Guerra & Sabo, P.L.L.C., handles insurance defense litigation involving damages ranging from serious injury and death to construction defects and business disputes. Areas of practice include product liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and defects, medical liability and premises liability.

The Firm also has extensive experience in handling employment law cases, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, disability discrimination, worker’s comp retaliation, Whistleblower’s Act, libel and slander, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and assault and battery claims, as well as civil rights cases, including First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment claims, and all other state and federal constitutional law claims.

In addition, the Firm has represented numerous school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental entities on cases ranging from administrative matters to Texas Tort Claims Act and federal and state constitutional cases. The Firm’s clients include insurance carriers and risk pools, as well as self-insured corporations. The Firm has recently broadened its practice areas with the addition of a transactional practice, including foreclosures, homeowner association management and litigation, probate, wills and estate planning, business operations, and corporate formation.

We also serve as local counsel for firms and clients from across the nation.
