Effective November 1, 2018, Gumport Law Firm, PC was founded by Leonard L. Gumport to provide civil litigation (including bankruptcy litigation), internal investigation, and mediation services in the Central District of California, including Los Angeles and other counties within the Central District. Mr. Gumport has served as a bankruptcy examiner, chapter 11 trustee, chapter 7 trustee, SIPC trustee, provisional director, mediator, and counsel to public and private entities, including government entities and bankruptcy trustees, in litigation and investigations. Mr. Gumport is admitted to practice in Alaska, California, the District of Columbia, and New York, and he is a member of the panel of mediators of the ADR Programs of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
