Haas & Associates, P.A. is a law firm dedicated to serving North Carolina families with the problems and issues families often face. We support and advise individuals in legal matters ranging from separation and divorce to adoption to estate planning. Our goal is to create connected, long-lasting relationships with our clients so they feel knowledgeable and secure when issues arise.

Our firm has both the knowledge and experience to address both traditional and non-traditional family law issues, including prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, child custody and support issues, alimony, property division (equitable distribution), divorce, domestic violence, adoption, surrogacy, and estate planning. We use a variety of methods to achieve a fair and equitable result, including mediation, arbitration, collaborative law, and litigation. It is our goal to achieve our client's objectives by the most efficient and timely means possible. Regardless of the outcome of the case, parties will often remain in each other's lives as co-parents to their children and we are committed to minimizing the negative impact that legal proceedings may have on the family relationships.
