Originally founded in 1977, Hamilton, Price & Marshall, P.A.has provided legal services to Manatee County and beyond for over 40 years. The Firm was originally located on 14th Street West and was relocated to its present location, 2400 Manatee Avenue West, in 1987. Scott Hamilton originally joined the Firm in 1994 and has been the Senior Litigation Partner since 1998. James (“Jim”) Price, joined the Firm in 2000 and has been a Partner since 2005.

Hamilton, Price & Marshall, P.A. practice primarily in civil litigation specializing in personal injury and construction litigation. Ron Witt has been associated with the Firm since January 2012 and practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, corporations and guardianships.
