The Firm tried numerous cases to a successful conclusion on behalf of injured people. It has handled numerous cases with verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars. We have experience in class action litigation and Bill served as one of the lead counsel in a class action suit in Duluth, Minnesota, resulting from the train derailment of a benzene tanker that ended in a $2.6 million dollar class settlement and numerous individual settlements.
