The Hartley Law Firm, PLLC has offices in Miami, Tulsa and Vinita to serve clients throughout Northeast Oklahoma. Our firm employs lawyers with experience in many different areas of practice in order to effectively serve your legal needs.

We provide legal services for civil representation and litigation, including personal injury and malpractice claims; criminal defense for traffic, misdemeanor and felony charges; condemnation; estate planning; family law, including adoption, divorce, custody and child support matters; guardianship; municipal law; probate; real estate, including closings, litigation and title opinions.

The firm employs five attorneys, Thomas Jot Hartley, Travis Hartley, Andrew Meloy, Jesse Muth and Sarah Smith, as well as an experienced staff who understand that every client’s legal problem is important. We evaluate each client’s individual legal needs and provide representation in meeting those needs.
