About this firm

At Harvatin Law Offices, we have worked hard to earn our reputation for providing high quality representation to clients throughout Springfield and Central Illinois in matters involving Illinois traffic law, DUI and driver's license restoration.

Under Illinois DUI laws, the Illinois Secretary of State is required to revoke the driver's license of anyone convicted of driving under the influence (DUI, DWI or drunk driving). Such individuals must seek relief through the Secretary of State Department of Administrative Hearings. As a hearing officer, Mr. Harvatin heard and decided these cases for fifteen years, and has many years of experience representing clients charged in DUI cases, both within Illinois and those from out-of-state who require an effective local attorney, knowledgeable and experienced in issues pertaining to driver's license reinstatement.
