We help clients select and implement the legal plans appropriate for their unique objectives, which may require techniques ranging from traditional to state-of-the-art. We have done just that for more than 3,000 clients in Kansas and Missouri since 1993.

The Medical Arts provide an excellent analogy to our fundamental practice philosophy. We first seek to do no harm. In other words, if an existing legal plan is appropriate for a client's unique objectives, then we will tell them so. However, if their existing legal plan is inappropriate for their unique objectives or they have no legal plan, then we believe in using the least amount of legal medicine necessary to effect those objectives.
