We opened our doors in 1978 as a top-quality collection law firm and have expanded into many related fields. We focus on major areas of commercial and business law and related litigation. These areas include real estate, business transactional work and litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Our expertise includes California construction and mechanics' lien law, business contracts, commercial and consumer debt collection, creditor representation, judgment enforcement, California leasing law, real estate, landlord-tenant representation and unlawful detainer/eviction matters.
We provide assistance with commercial or consumer debt collection, creditor representation in or out of the bankruptcy context, judgment enforcement, landlord-tenant or real estate seller-buyer representation and in initiating eviction or unlawful detainer matters.

The firm has two attorneys. Founder Bruce Hatkoff has over 30 years of experience in debt collection and real estate law, and frequently lectures at universities and industry trade groups on topics related to real estate law and collections. Natalia Minassian is an associate attorney who joined the firm in 2002. She brings with her outstanding academic credentials that assist her in the representation of the firm's clients in the commercial law arena. In addition, her bi-lingual foreign language skills (French and Armenian) add an additional dimension to the firm's ability to represent a diverse clientele.
