Helaine A. Gregory

Helaine Gregory is an Attorney, Consultant and Lobbyist based in Puerto Rico. Ms. Gregory represents bio-pharmaceutical companies, and dialysis and individual physician providers. She provides government affairs, legal and business issue advice. She has served as an expert witness on Medicare and Medicaid regulatory matters. Additionally she represents a workers' compensation carrier on Defense Base Act claims, a renewable energy equipment provider and a global food and beverage manufacturer. Prior to her current engagements, Ms. Gregory worked for three insurance companies, most recently with UnitedHealth Group as the Medicare Claims Compliance Officer. She is a member of the Texas Bar and the College of the State Bar of Texas as well several federal courts. She holds a JD from Boston University and is a cum laude graduate from Harvard, where she was also awarded a Certificate in Latin American Studies. She is a board member of the Private Sector Coalition of Puerto Rico and the Renal Council of Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
