Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger, was founded in 1938 by the late
Richard G. Herndon. Mr. Herndon was joined by R. Clark Morton and his daughter
– the late Judith Herndon, to form Herndon, Morton & Herndon. The firm
became known as Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger with the addition of
current senior partner, William J. Yaeger, Jr. in 1976.
